Marbella's most iconic beach clubs — curated by Luxea editors, updated for the 2026 season.

Marbella has spent four decades shaping what the rest of the Mediterranean now imitates: the long table on the sand, the magnum on ice, the DJ who knows exactly when to lift the room into golden hour. The Costa del Sol is a 27-kilometre stretch of beach clubs — and unlike Ibiza, where one register dominates, Marbella manages to hold every flavour of beach culture at once.
The Golden Mile concentrates the iconic, ultra-luxury rooms — Nikki Beach Marbella for the global jet-set, La Cabane for slow, refined lunches by the water. Puerto Banús leans louder: Ocean Club Marbella and Opium Beach run the headline party programme, while NAÔ Pool Club handles the big, social pool days. East of the centre — Bono Beach in Cabopino, Playa Padre just outside the old town — the energy drops a gear into quieter beaches and longer, slower days.
This guide is the editors' map across those registers. Every club below is verified, recently visited, and bookable directly through Luxea. The aim is simple: help you pick the room that matches the day you actually want.

Every Marbella beach club runs on the same three levers: bed type, minimum spend and the season you book. Here's how to read them before you commit.
Sunbed for two, light F&B minimum. East Marbella, Cabopino, Estepona.
Front-row beds and small cabanas on the Golden Mile and Puerto Banús.
Magnum tables, private cabanas, hosted service at headline clubs.
Cabanas, quiet music, slow lunches.
Pools, shareable tables, social energy.
Headline DJ sets and champagne service.
Refined, unhurried beach days.
Terraces angled at the horizon.
There is no single answer — it depends on the energy you want. Ocean Club Marbella headlines the party scene, Nikki Beach owns the social/luxury crowd, La Cabane and Bono Beach lead for couples and sunset, and NAÔ Pool Club is the move for big group days. The guide above is ranked by our editors and live booking volume on Luxea.
Sunbeds range from roughly €50 for relaxed spots to €200–500 for premium beds on the Golden Mile. VIP cabanas and magnum tables at headline clubs typically start at €1,000 and scale into five figures on peak weekends. Most luxury clubs also apply a food-and-beverage minimum on top of the bed price.
Look for clubs with private cabanas, beachfront tables and a quieter musical direction — La Cabane, Bono Beach and the calmer Golden Mile addresses are the editors' picks. Avoid the headline party rooms during peak weekends if you want a romantic register.
Yes, especially from late June through early September and on every Saturday in peak season. Walk-ins are usually only possible at the bar. For sunbeds, cabanas and tables we recommend submitting a Luxea request at least 7 days in advance.
Smart beachwear during the day — designer swimwear, a cover-up and good sandals. Smart-casual in the evening: linen, dresses, loafers. Football shirts, tank tops on men in the restaurant and overly casual flip-flops are typically refused at the door.
NAÔ Pool Club, Opium Beach and Ocean Club are built around shareable tables, pools and high-energy DJ programming — ideal for stag/hen weekends and birthday groups. Most clubs require a minimum spend for groups of 8+; we can confirm the threshold for your date directly with the club.
Peak season runs mid-June through mid-September with the loudest energy in July and August. May, early June and late September deliver the same look at quieter clubs with significantly lower prices and easier reservations.
Sunset ranges from about 21:45 in late June to 18:15 in December. Most sunset-oriented clubs start their golden-hour DJ set 30–60 minutes before the sun touches the horizon — arrive at least an hour ahead to settle in.
