They didn't honor our reservations or requests (which they confirmed they would when they had us advance pay for all our beach chairs months in advance in order to secure our requests). The sad truth is this is an over-priced, non-authentic Spanish food locale now with a management and front desk team that still needs a lot of training in appropriate customer service. For example, using AI as an excuse as to why you can't accommodate confirmed reservations is absolutely shameful. As a vacationer in Marbella for 25 years with strong relationships and connections to the area, I have never once had a bad experience. Until Las Flores. And for what it's worth, this poor reputation is well known up and down the beach and by vacationers and locals alike. But go if you want incredibly loud and bad music, over-priced food, and a staff that can only use AI to make decisions.
