Ambiente hat was, schön gemacht! Doch der Service ist die reinste Katastrophe. Alle, inkludiert uns haben länger als 55 Minuten auf ihre Getränk gewartet und nicht nur einmal wurde unsere Bestellung vergessen. Der Strand ist schön, doch es gibt wirklich schönere und bessere Clubs mit guten Service. Schade!

The place itself is beautiful with lovely colors. However, the overall experience was very disappointing. The venue was extremely crowded with children and felt more like a kids’ club than a relaxing place, so I would say it is more suitable for families with young children. The service was unacceptable. We ordered food and waited more than an hour and a half. We kept following up with the staff, only to find out later that our order had not even been sent to the kitchen and when the food finally arrived, it was incomplete. Most importantly, one of the staff members made inappropriate and offensive comments about Arab guests, specifically mentioning guests from Saudi Arabia and Kuwait and calling them annoying. This was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. The place may look nice, but the poor service and disrespectful attitude ruined the experience.

‼️BE AWARE WHEN BOOKING AND LEAVING YOUR CARD DETAILS.‼️ I initially booked a restaurant table because it was impossible to reserve a pool sunbed online. After contacting the team by email, they were able to arrange a pool sunbed for me, so I cancelled my restaurant reservation 17 days in advance. To my surprise, I was charged a €100 cancellation fee, even though I cancelled more than two weeks before the booking. I have asked for an explanation, but so far I still don’t understand why this charge was applied. What made the experience even more frustrating is that customer service is difficult to reach. The only contact number is a Spanish number, which can be very expensive to call from abroad, and there is no WhatsApp number or another convenient way to contact them quickly. The whole booking process lacks transparency. Be careful when leaving your card details, and make sure you fully understand the cancellation policy before making a reservation.
