Beautiful place, gorgeous decor and a really lovely atmosphere but unfortunately, the beach service was a major disappointment. We spent around six hours on our sunbeds and nobody came to check on us even once. No offer to adjust the umbrella, order drinks or food, change towels, or help after the rain. When we finally left, there wasn’t even a goodbye or a “thank you”. The only time the beach waiter appeared was after we left to fold up the sunbeds after us. Honestly, quite embarrassing for a beach club charging these prices. The place itself is beautiful and the food was very good. The sunbeds are comfortable thanks to the thick mattresses, although they cannot be adjusted into a real sitting position. The towels, however, are tiny and feel more like cleaning cloths than proper beach towels. I was there on a Sunday and the DJ was actually playing great music, but it was extremely loud. It was impossible to comfortably sit in the restaurant areas, even though there were only a few tables occupied. On the beach it was better, although you could still hear it. The hostess and the young Spanish waitress serving us at lunch were lovely, friendly and spoke excellent English, so the restaurant service itself was good. Unfortunately, the almost complete lack of attention on the beach completely ruined the overall experience. Beautiful place, but if you want to pay for a sunbed and actually feel looked after, I would choose Dune or LUUMA instead.
