La Sala by the Sea

The venue felt more like a beach club for hen parties and a very young crowd (mostly under 28) than a sophisticated Marbella destination. The sunbeds were around from €100 each, which would be acceptable if the overall experience matched the price. Unfortunately, many of the sun loungers had visibly stained mattresses, making the place feel tired and poorly maintained. If you're looking for an elegant, upscale beach club with a refined atmosphere, this probably isn't it. It's better suited to groups looking for a lively party scene than couples or guests seeking a more sophisticated day by the sea. Restraunt was good for burger and antipasty. The food was tasty and well-prepared, service was fine too.

We had a great time at this beach club. The atmosphere was really fun, the drinks were great, and the service was fast. Bobbi was our server, and she was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We are for sure going to come back.

Service was excellent we got served by Bobbie, She was fantastic! She was really friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the start. She made sure we had everything we needed and helped make our meal even more enjoyable. Great service we’ll definitely be back!

I came to the beach at 11 a.m. There was not a single person on the sunbeds. I was completely alone. I lay down on a front-row sunbed, but I was told to move somewhere else because they said everything was reserved. However, there was not a single person on the beach. A very rude girl came up to me and started speaking to me disrespectfully. She said, “These are our rules, move somewhere else.” I told her that I only needed to stay for another 30 minutes, but she said no and told me to leave. Overall, there is no service here, the beach is terrible, and I will not come back. After that, another staff member came over. He was extremely rude and aggressive. He brought back the €70 I had paid for two sunbeds and told me that I had to leave immediately because I had refused to move to another sunbed. His behavior was completely unacceptable. He was disrespectful, intimidating, and tried to threaten me instead of resolving the situation professionally. I have attached a photo of this person so that others know who they may be dealing with. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any beach. The staff are rude, disrespectful, and have no understanding of what good service means. I have traveled to many countries around the world, and this is the first time I have ever been treated like this. I would not recommend this beach to anyone.
