We went yesterday to spend the day and see the eclipse. The place is beautiful, the pool staff and the lady who helped us with the reservation at the beach bar for the eclipse viewing were excellent. However, the two people working in the bar inside were very rude. My phone battery died and they made me pay €5 for a portable charger that I rented. I had it for the whole hour and it only charged for 30 seconds. A disappointment. I went to see what happened and they neither apologized nor offered any other solution. They just told me it was a third-party company, but they charged me the €5. I had to file a complaint and even then they didn't offer any solution. I had my own charger and they didn't offer to charge my phone either. In short, I was left without a phone. I felt very disappointed.
