Nice place, but the service was not good. We had to ask for our drinks many times and we managed to get our dishes long before they came with our drinks. We had nothing to drink at the table. The food was mediocre and their Gambas Pil Pil were really not good. One thing is that the sauce (and yes it was sauce) the shrimp were in did not taste good on its own, another thing is that the shrimp were completely floury/mushy. We have ordered several dishes to share and we are 4 girls. Everyone takes a shrimp and can not eat them because both the taste and consistency are completely wrong, so we leave the rest. We make the staff aware that there is something wrong with the consistency of the shrimp. They then complain that 4 shrimp have been removed so they think we have eaten too much for them to do anything about it. The waiter is stubborn about it and says that they can not really do anything about us not liking it. We inform them that one thing is that we do not like the taste. That is what it is. But the fact that the shrimp have a consistency that no shrimp should have should not be up for discussion. We all live in Spain and eat seafood all the time, so we know what the different shrimp should taste and consistency like. The waiter goes into the kitchen and says that the chef has said there is nothing wrong with their shrimp even though they have not tasted the dish we sent back earlier. They ended up deducting 20% of the price for the shrimp rather than removing them from the bill. We had ordered a lot of other dishes, which we had no problem paying for. I wonder why when guests complain about a dish that you are so stubborn. We were irritated but did not bother to argue - it is safe to say that we will not be back. It is a shame. We are otherwise happy with Luuma and Moosa in the same chain, but this was not good enough.
