Very disappointing experience I’ll simply say this: at this place, they make an issue out of a leather men’s crossbody bag, while at the same time allowing people straight from the beach to enter — including shirtless men, women in bikinis, and visibly drunk people who can barely stand. If the venue wants to present itself as an “exclusive” or “high-end” establishment, the standards at the entrance should at least be consistent. It is quite ridiculous to make an issue out of a leather crossbody bag while allowing people dressed — or behaving — in ways that are clearly far less appropriate for a supposedly upscale venue. The security staff also left a poor impression. Some of them were dressed in a very unprofessional manner, including ankle-length socks, which hardly fits the image of a place trying to position itself as an elite establishment. The prices are absolutely outrageous for a venue that is essentially visible from the beach. Hygiene is another concern. I saw people putting their shoes on the furniture, despite those same shoes having previously been on the floor of the dirty toilets. “Exclusive” or “high-end” are definitely not the words I would use to describe this place. At these prices, I expect a much higher standard of service, cleanliness, organization, and above all, consistency in the rules they impose on their customers.
