Barraka Beach

I've been coming here for years, and it gets worse every time. The service is appalling. They wouldn't make a reservation for me. It took them ages to take our drink order, and even longer for the food. Once we'd ordered everything, when they finally brought all the dishes at once, they told us one of the items we'd ordered was out of stock. Forty minutes later, when we asked for dessert, they were out of stock too, and they told us in a very rude manner. After a while, they said the chef would make it for us (the mango cream) and it would take about 15 minutes. We decided against it; we'd already waited long enough, and we only ordered a chocolate lava cake. It arrived when everyone at the table had finished and was almost digested. There are better places nearby.

Hemos tenido una muy mala experiencia en este restaurante. Pedimos nuestros platos a las 21:15 y a las 22:30 llega la jefa para decirnos que la cocina se ha olvidado del pedido. Así que recibimos nuestros platos a las 23:00 y tenemos la desagradable sorpresa de recibir platos con verduras cuando la jefa nos había dicho que había patatas fritas en los platos que habíamos pedido. Y finalmente le avisamos y nos dice que ha “olvidado”. Además, ¡los vasos que pedimos con la sangría nunca llegaron! ¡Tenemos que beber de vasos que no estaban limpios! ¡Por fin, en resumen, para huir!

Fui a comer allí esta tarde y, francamente, quedé muy decepcionado. El dueño fue muy amable, pero el servicio fue horrible; realmente necesitan replantearse el personal de sala: son incompetentes.
