I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with several aspects of my recent visit, despite having made a reservation three weeks in advance. Upon arrival, I was assigned a suboptimal location. When I requested a change of beach bed, I was informed that the venue was fully booked and that other guests had already requested alternative beds, despite my early arrival at approximately 12:00 PM when the area was largely unoccupied. This experience raises concerns regarding the effectiveness of the online reservation system if priority is given to special requests made by other guests, seemingly disregarding a "first come, first served" policy. Additionally, an extra charge of 50 Euros was added to my final bill for beers that I did not order. Furthermore, during my visit to the massage area to inquire about the gym and the Puff popup stand, a staff member repeatedly and vociferously informed me that the area was closed. Despite my attempts to clarify that I was merely there to view the stand and the gym, the employee responded with offensive language. It is important to note that there were no visible signs indicating that the area was closed. These incidents reflect a perceived lack of professionalism in guest interactions, which I believe falls short of the expected standards of Nikki Beach.service
