The place is very luxurious and the ambiance is beautiful. However, for a place at this level, the service could definitely be better. It would also be great to have more fans or better air circulation, especially when it gets warm. The food was okay overall. We ordered the sea bass and pasta for the kids. Nice experience and beautiful setting, but there is definitely room for improvement in both the service and comfort.

Very disappointing experience at Sublim Beach Club on 12 August 2026. I arrived before 1 PM but was given a back-row sunbed despite several front-row beds being empty. I was told they were reserved for VIP guests, even though Sublim’s policy says sunbeds are only held until 1 PM. Dana, a young Lebanese woman who spoke to me in Arabic, with long curly hair and a slim build, was extremely rude and dismissive. She refused to give me her name, and security was called when I simply asked to identify her for a complaint. The supposed VIP guests still had not arrived when I left around 6 PM. Very unprofessional. I hope management investigates this incident.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The meal was dreadful from start to finish, as was the service. We waited two hours for a whole, unprepared fish served without any sides. The hygiene was questionable when we inspected the restrooms. We will never return.
